Women say that partners with premature ejaculation (PE) are less likely to initiate sex due to anxiety over performance. This can lead to feelings of low self-worth and unattractiveness for women. Many women also report feelings of anger and resentment, partly because PE can make it seem as though a man's being selfish in bed.
A recent survey of over 12,000 men and their female partners showed that the partners of men with PE had worse sexual lives, more distress and greater levels of concern about their overall relationship than partners of men without PE.
