What is Male Orgasm?

For a male, an orgasm is that intense and highly pleasurable feeling of release that occurs at the peak of sexual excitement. Orgasm and ejaculation are two different processes that usually happen simultaneously. Ejaculation is when there is expulsion of semen from penis. Orgasm produces a strong sensational rush over the body. You can also orgasm without ejaculating and vice versa.
